With a support of the UK Conflict Stability and Security Fund the NIMD organized the first round of trainings on combating anti-democratic propaganda for young Azerbaijani and Georgian young politicians in Tbilisi and for Armenian young politicians in Yerevan. The initiative helped to raise awareness of how propaganda is organized, how it affects popular perceptions and how to push back against these efforts. The trainings were conducted by representative of the project StopFake, which was created in Ukraine in March 2014 and possesses extensive experience in identifying and debunking propaganda that comes from abroad.
